MY STORY

Selina Leung is a registered Counselling Psychologist based in Hong Kong, specializing in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Behavior Therapy. Psychodynamic therapy focus on resolving the unconscious conflicts that are driving any emotional and physical symptoms. A strong therapeutic relationship is key to understanding and working through the relational difficulties which the client has suffered in life. Other major techniques used by psychodynamic therapists include free association, dream interpretation, identify unconscious repeated patterns and defenses developed in early childhood.
